TDC Financial Services Company Limited.

We have partnered with our sister company TDC Financial Services Company Limited to ensure a smooth and seamless process for potential homeowners. The Company has been offering mortgage options for over 20 years. We have assisted customers independently and financed other TDC Group projects like the Atlantic Views Residences in Conaree, St. Kitts. We understand how important home ownership is to you, we are here to help you unlock your property ownership dreams.

Step 1 – Select your lot and model design. 

Step 2 – Pay the 5% deposit of total project cost. (Includes 10% non-refundable deposit for the lot.)  

Step 3 – Sign Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Step 4 – Secure Mortgage Financing. (Required documents – 2 IDs, Job Letter, Payslip, P&S Agreement.) 

Step 5 – Construction takes place within 15 days of the closing date. (Construction takes up to 12 months.)

Step 6 – At end of construction, customer does walk through with project manager. 

Step 7 – Document of Substantial Completion signed.  

Step 8 – Welcome to your new home!

While we are offering a tailored financing package, potential owners are free to seek financing with mortgage lenders of their choice.
